Why should I use a 'hard' flour when making bread? +
Hard flours have a higher gluten content than all purpose flours. The gluten makes the bread rise and bind better. You can use an all purpose flour to make bread but you should add 1-2 tsp of gluten flour when doing so.
What is the difference between Whey and Soy Powder? +
Whey powder is a dairy base and soy powder has no dairy. They both come in different flavours and range from 0g of carbohydrates to 11g per serving of protein. Both are now available in bulk as well as pre-packaged containers.
Is there tax on vitamins and supplements? +
Yes, there is HST on all vitamins and supplements.
How do I pay for my order? +
Once your order is in the cart it will be emailed to us. We will contact you with the final pricing including taxes and shipping, or you can email or fax us with your order or call our retail outlet at +1 (705) 497-1385 and we will advise you of the total cost including taxes and shipping. Once you have approved the purchase you will then pay with visa or mastercard by calling the retail outlet during regular business hours or via email- whichever is your preference.
How do I receive my order? +
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post expedited business post. You can email us or fax us 24 hours a day using the contact tab on the home page or call our retail outlet at +1 (705) 4971385 between 10am and 3pm for shipping costs. The cost will be added to your bill once approved by you before your payment is processed.. Expedited post can be tracked using www.CanadaPost.ca. Depending on the destination, most parcels will be delivered within 2-6 days.

Where do essential oils come from? +
The come directly from plants. They are the highly concentrated, aromatic essences of plants from around the world, extracted from various plant parts - flower, leaf, resin, bark, twig, seed, berry, rind and rhizome.
What are essential oils used for? +
By using essential oils, you receive the benefits of the pure botanical essence whether you diffuse the oils into the air or add them to your body in products such as sprays, lotions or balms. Many essential oils can treat your skin or hair while at the same time their powerful scents nurture your mind, body and spirit.
How are essential oils used? +
There are many ways to bring essential oils into your life. Diffuse them into the air, add them to your bath water, spray them from mister bottles or add them to bath gels, massage oils, foot soaks, body balms, perfumes, skin lotions, potpourri, candles or soaps.
What is a skincare oil? +
Skin care oil is an oil in which essential oils are diluted so they can be safely applied to the skin. By placing two to three drops of the essential oil into the skin care oil you can create an aromatherapy massage oil or skin conditioning treatment.
What are the typical ingredients of herbal cigarettes? +
Marshmallow leaves, red clover flowers, rose petals. Flavored with honey and apple juice. They are tobacco free, nicotine free and contain from 3 mg to 7 mg of tar depending on the type. Typically the light are lower in tar than the others.
